About Me

Hello! Just moved to NYC after 3 years living in London. I am from Ireland (Belfast) and studied a Masters in Engineering at Trinity College Dublin with a year of study abroad in Santa Cruz, California. I'm excited to meet new people in NYC and explore what the city has to offer.

Very interested in a place with "character" in a nice neighbourhood feeling place with lots around to do, preferably in Manhattan.

I'm working by Grand Central so looking to be between a 30-50 minute walk from there, I work from the office most days. Would love to be friendly with my roommates but I already know a good few people in NYC so I will usually have evening and weekend plans so won't be in the apartment an awful lot but I do think I'll have people from Ireland wanting to visit and stay occasionally. When I am home, I enjoy sitting and watching a movie or reading (access to some outdoor space would be a plus!). I also cook a little, mostly salads and pastas. I try to keep common areas clean and tidy and happy to slot in with a chore schedule.

My interests are travelling, walking (and hiking and ocean swimming when not in the city), yoga (keen to give pilates a go), thrift shopping, and trying lots of cafes! I also love going to new bars and restaurants and am looking for a good trivia night!

My maximum monthly budget 4,500
