Hello!

Moving to NYC soon. I work for a pretty major consumer AI product and I'll be relocating to NYC to be closer to my team. I've been living in Canada for the past 4 years and I have lived in Paris. I am originally from a city named Guadalajara in Mexico.

I'm super excited to live in Manhattan and I'm looking for a responsible, healthy, career oriented person who is happy to leave space but also potentially become friends. I am not looking for could shoulder type situations as I am new to the city and excited to meet people.

I speak 4 languages: English (Native) Spanish (Native) French (Fluent) Italian (Novice)

I'd describe myself as very open minded, inquisitive, disciplined responsible and down for anything. I love culture, meeting new people from all walks of life and I will definitely cook us healthy lunches and dinners. I don't mind gatherings and parties as long as it's communicated and obviously not too late if it's a week night :)

TLDR What I am looking for:

- Moving in April 1st, happy to look for a place with someone or move into a lease.
- Prefer young adult professionals, I am open to all types of people and have no gender preference.
- Looking to have similar lifestyles so we can contribute to the same goals within our shared space (i.e take turns cooking healthy dinners, cleaning, pets, etc)
- I'm extremely career driven and most like likely will be at the office or the gym for most of the week.
- LGBT and Pet Friendly. I'd love to get a cat at some point so bonus points if you are into that.
- I'm going for a full year of commitment here to give me some time to settle into NYC.
