Kyle H - $3,700/month

I'm an NYU grad (politics, economics, physics) and law grad (constitutional & business law) who grew up in New Jersey and has lived in Tel Aviv and Rome. I recently got a job in finance in NYC, so I'm looking for a roommate to combine rents and get a nice, mature, and comfortable place.

Apartment qualities: I prefer a luxury building, but am open to older walk-up style buildings if it's great. I'm trying to maximize for space, light, location, roof, and view––not necessarily all of them, but rather the right combination of them.

Roommate qualities: I'm organized and clean, and seek the same. I'll be in the office 5 days a week and will go to the gym after most days. I cook dinner most nights.

About me: I traveled a lot growing up. I'm interested in politics, science & technology, books, and TV/movies. I like to work out, go out, try new places, and make new friends, though I also like my time alone.
