My name is Stephan and I and I have two rooms available in a 3 bed/2 bath brownstone apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn for $2,167/month.
It's a 5 minute walk to the 7th Ave train station and only 600 feet from Prospect Park!
Unexpectedly my roommate Shannon (30) has had to move back home and I am looking for two roommates to take her place in addition to another person.
I work in finance and have a passion for tennis, the gym, cooking, art and history.

The Apartment:
- 4th floor walk up
- Intercom system for packages and deliveries
- Hardwood floors throughout the apartment with original 1920s wooden finishes and design
- One other bathroom for the other two bedrooms to share
- 4th bedroom used as shared storage space
- Large and well lit living room with 3 large windows and plenty of space for dining
- Kitchen is open concept also with another window and stainless steal appliances
- Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen/cooking necessities
The building:
- Has a locked front door with an intercom button for any deliveries you can ring them in with the control panel in the apartment.
- Upon entering the front door there is a lobby with another door that is also locked before you can enter the living space of the building (definitely like how secure everything is)
- Laundry in the basement as well as locked storage for bikes
- There are 8 total apartments and most are filled with families or couples, very quiet and safe environment/area.
Cost:
- Rent is $2,167/month
- Security deposit is $2,167
- This is a lease takeover, you would be taking over my portion of the lease that is up January 31st, 2026.
- Landlord requirements for lease transfer is a credit check and that you make 40x the rent.
- The landlord pays for heat and water so tenants are only responsible for electric, gas and wifi.
- This past month the cost of utilities were the following (we moved in January 24th):
- Gas: $5.29
- Wifi: $70 (1 gig)
- Electric: $44.60
