Moving to NYC in April for a tech job and looking for a spot in Midtown or Lower Manhattan. My office is in Flatiron, so I’d love to be within a ~30-minute walk or a quick bike ride away.

Budget is $2,000-$3,000, and I’m open to living with 1-3 roommates.

A bit about me:
- Grew up in Boston, spent the last three years in Atlanta post-grad.
- I cook most of my meals, so a solid kitchen is a must, but I love exploring new restaurants too.
- No pets, but otherwise flexible on most things as long as there’s mutual respect.
- In bed by 9/9:30 pm most weekdays, up early to workout.
- Weeknights are low-key (work, gym, dinner, or a bike ride around the city).
- Weekends are for going out, hosting friends, or catching a Broadway show or NBA game. I’m usually out Sunday mornings at church.
