About Me

Hey all, I really need a new place to live by the end of the year. I work full-time, five days a week with occasional overtime, in housekeeping and am willing to help clean wherever I end up. I also go out to live shows regularly, usually live music and especially EDM. I'll even treavel at times for this purpose.

At home, I value open communication, fairness, transparency, and a general sense of respect. My only hard requirements are for the place to be 420-friendly, the bedroom to be unfurnished, and for the location to be reliably within an hour of the Flatiron District in Manhattan, where I work. I myself am also LGBT+ friendly, pet friendly, and just plain friendly. I'll adapt to the mood of the apartment whether it's extroverted or introverted, and I enjoy social gatherings like dinner parties and game nights, but I'm not a good fit for a frat house atmosphere.

Please reach out if I seem like I could be a good fit for your place. I've been on the move since the end of August so I'm very eager to settle into a place. My credit score is at 632 and increasing for those of you with leases to offer (I'm willing to sign a lease if that's in the cards of course).

Thank you so much!
