I first moved to the city when my parents moved down south to Virginia from Albany NY (my hometown) and stayed till march of 2020 when stuff got real, and then bounced around the east coast between my parents condo in Maryland and their house in VA. But that's getting pretty old and I cannot wait to get back to the city.
I'm a pretty tidy guy, but my previous roommate situation was pretty terrible. There were I believe 6 people there at once, and more than 2 of them consistently did not wash their dishes which resulted in me becoming the cleaning guy of the apartment (because there was such a diffusion of responsibility no one ever owned up to not doing their dishes....it was a nightmare) which I really didnt appreciate too much. I hope that isn't a problem here although from the other roommates descriptions that doesn't seem like it'll be a problem.
I'm fairly extroverted, easy going, but do like my time alone at night. I should be fairly quiet in the apartment. I should note that I have a weekly video call with old friends from outta state so you might hear my voice faintly.
If I ever bother you in ANY way, I'm a believer that clear, straightforward communication is best. Let me know, I'm a super understanding and giving person and would never want to negatively interfere with someone else's living space or really mess with you in any way.
I do Uber Eats on the side for a little extra cash (its surprisingly lucrative) a few nights a week.
