Private bedroom with bathroom
I am a part time single mom that has my 5 year old daughter for half of the time. She's a very sweet, mature and well behaved little girl. We are both very respectable, clean, tidy and we're pretty quiet folks. We are early risers and gone for work and school M-F 8-5. It would be nice to find someone who has a similar schedule so we're not disturbing each other's peace! Also, I have a boxer puppy that I am crate training atm. She's really sweet too!
The available room in my townhome (1300 sq ft) is on the first floor with a private bathroom with a shower and a small walk in closet and our two rooms are upstairs with our own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a dishwasher. I'm hoping to find a responsible roommate who pays rent on time and who is respectful of other roommates space and by cleaning up after themselves.
