Two single guys, Scott has been here 2 1/2 years. I have had three roommates one 2 years, one 5 years and one 7 years. We are both private and respect each others. Must have had Corna Virus test. Have had both gay and straight roommates. Rent includes cable, Internet, public service, water. Have washer and dryer. Can have guests one two two nights a week. Also 420 friendly. We don't but have no problem with those that do. Room can either be furnished or unfurnished. Also dog friendly. Rent is $675.00 a month. Live in Green Valley Ranch near the airport. Near Tower Rd. and Green Valley Ranch Blvd.
