Roommate wanted for house in Federal Heights !

The house is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance from Federal Blvd. and the 31 bus. If you have a car, there is always street parking in front of the house or nearby. Located within five minutes to a Safeway, King's Soopers, Starbucks, and many restaurants. We are looking for another student (ages 18-23 if possible!) who can fill our spare room while our previous roommate is studying abroad! (If interested in longer, we can discuss by end of lease, summer stay is welcome!) We'd prefer a female (or male) non-smoker/willing to smoke outside only, no pets, who can handle both quiet nights in and noisy game nights! We're pretty close and would love to become friends with the person who lives with us! The room is unfurnished and can fit a twin XL bed, dresser, clothing rack, a chair, and a desk (from experience.) Xfinity wifi and other utilities are included with the rent. New roommate would have access to other common areas in the house (kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms, one of which is outside the room being advertised!) Washer and dryer access as well.
