Hello!

My name is Xander (31 y/o M) and I am moving back to NYC after a few months away. For the past few years I have been a touring musician based in the city and took some time away from the city after my contract. I am so excited to be coming back and looking for some cool people to share a place with!

I am ideally looking for 1-2 people (any gender) to find an apartment with in Brooklyn. I would prefer that we can be friends and create a welcoming space where people want to be in the common spaces together, but don't want people to feel pressured to interact when they dont want to.

I come with a 6 year old dog. He is very well behaved and loves greeting every person as they enter the door. I would prefer artistic types, but I am happy to have anyone that could be a good fit! I like going to the gym and playing recreational sports as well as cook and listen to music!

Because of the dog I am looking to be within walking distance to Prospect Park.
