2200$ private room in a luxury apartment "The Beach" located in Jersey City. WINDOW VIEW OF Hudson River and New York skyline. 5min walk to the subway station, 20 min PATH train to Manhattan midtown. It's a 3b2b apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, free gym, swimming pool, rooftop, and movie/study room. The room is 12 by 10 feet and shares a bathroom with another person. The lease starts September 1st.
