I'm a data analyst for a fintech company near Union Square, and work in-person/hybrid. Outside of work I'm heavily involved in running trivia competitions for students, while to relax I like to watch sports (basically anything), play board and video games, run (I'm training for the 2024 Marathon), go out to eat/drink with friends (casually, not super into clubbing/concerts), and cook. I'm also a member at the Met and hoping to go to more shows/operas/etc. Go skiing occasionally in the winter as well. I am currently living with my long-term girlfriend for the next several months as she looks for a job and her own apartment after graduating this summer.

Room available in spacious Kips Bay 2-bedroom apartment! Unit is on the 4th floor, the building has an elevator and laundry, and the apartment contains space for separate shared dining and living areas, plus a kitchen with plenty of space and a full-size dishwasher. Sofa and kitchen island/table will likely be provided.
Bedroom fits a full-size bed and a desk in multiple configurations, and has a 2-door sliding closet (unpictured).
Lease takeover through July 31 2024 -- move-in is September 15-October 1.
I am currently living here with my long-term girlfriend while she looks for a job and her own apartment -- rent is $1680 while she's here, rising to $2050 once she moves out. Total apartment rent is $4500.
