***Currently am with a second roommate in an apartment for 3 bedrooms. This is a new apartment and we are the first tenants to have lived here for a year. Our 3rd roommate is moving out by the end of December but is open to move out earlier. This apartment is in Bushwick by Maria Hernandez Park, a couple blocks from the M and L. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Price is 1435. This is a third floor walk up with in unit HVAC & Laundry/Dryer units. Rooms have massive space and high ceilings. Only water is covered. Electricity and Wifi are the main utilities, electricity varies from $70 to $110 a month. Expect a full months rent with utilities to be $1550 max. 2nd Roommate, Jorge, has a cat who is very nice to people, but will take time to get well with other pets. Will require equal months worth security deposit as we will be altogether signing a new lease.
Jorge loves weed and is very considerate & clean as a roommate. I have barely smelled it from living with him, thus, you won't even notice. His room is also on the far end of the apartment and he has strong ventilation out the window. I myself am past my college drug phase and only occasionally drink socially.

- 3 bedroom apartment, largest room is available. Has it's own bathroom inside the room and internal unit ac (not the outside window type). Bright windows.
- This is a shared apartment with me and another roommate who has a cat. We are pet friendly and pets are allowed without fee. Dog friendly as well, so long as you are cleaning their paws post walks. We are shoes off.
