I am currently a Masters student at NYU (but I will be working while attending school). I am in the XE program, which focuses on interdisciplinary studies, ,meaning that I'm a nerd with an interest in many topics, including politics, philosophy, history,anthropology, and biology.I also am a geek who loves sci-fi, fantasy, and horror. I'm an introvert, although I do have excellent social skills Right now I'm single and would not bring anyone home to a shared environment. I don't intend to be around too often, but wouldn't mind being friendly with my roommates. I don't make a lot of noise and now that I'm in my 30s I usually am in bed by 11pm. I'm not picky about space, as I've lived in very small apartments.I don't cook much and am willing to share food if you ask first. I'm clean and responsible -- not only will I always pay the rent, I'll usually have it early! I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs but don't mind if other people do. I don't have pets, but am okay with cats, small dogs, and other assorted animals. I am very far left wing and queer, but do not require my roommates to be the same. I am disabled and would require either a first floor apartment or a building with an elevator. My mobility is limited, but I am capable of cleaning and taking care of the apartment, provided that I don't have to carry anything heavy or do anything else that would require me to put down my cane. Ultimately, I'm an easy roommate who is flexible and adaptable and not particularly picky.
