Room furnished with: queen bed (you provide all bedding & a quality waterproof mattress protector), chaise lounger (which might leave to give more floor room), closet w/organizer, nighttable, 3.2 cu. ft. mini-fridge, wall art, curtains, ceiling fan, floor lamp & 6 vertical drawers.

The house tone is pretty quiet and quiet hours are 10: p.m.-10:a.m. (unless everyone is gone). This means keep noise levels lower!

Looking for mature & responsible person who prefers long-term rental (1 yr. minimum). Pay your rent early or on time. I strictly enforce late fee after the 1st!
