Iran C - $1,500/month

I’m a 32 year-old guy from New York. I’ve lived back-and-forth from LA to New York for the last three years. I’ve kept my apartment in New York the whole time for Security while rooming in North Hollywood. Right now I’m in the process of starting studies at Los Angeles city College theater Academy in January, and I am giving up my place in New York. While in LA, I worked on several TV shows and movies as an extra and have done some commercials. I am also a music creator, I produce, right and engineer. I’m looking for a safe comfortable space with good people to call a home as I start school and pursue furthering my acting career.
