About Me

Hello. A a little bit about me. I had an extremely traumatic experience with roomates my last go around. One of my roomates was doing drugs and there was fentanyl everywhere. I did not even feel safe making a sandwhich in the kitchen area due to the drug problems. I always saw sketchy people lurking outside the door, including people that looked like drug dealers. My first move in date, the cops were there for some "incident" that occured and one of my other roomates was being taken to the hospital. One time, we all had to hide in our rooms as the cops bursted in with all guns drawn. Guns were found in one of my roomate's rooms as well. My roomate would always "leave the door open" for all of his sketchy friends/ drug dealers to come in at any hour of the day.

Sorry for venting. I am so mentally drained from this roomate thing. I would highly prefer to meet all of my roomates first before rooming with them and get to know them very well. I feel like I got mentally traumatized for life with roomates and I need to meet my roomates first. I would prefer to meet and hang out for a few times to understand who my roomates are, their life style, and if they are good people. I am mostly trying to save money on rent and cant really afford an entire apartment by myself. I am really looking in the WEST LA area. I would prefer to meet professionals in the 27-35 range that are mature, dont do drugs, dont have crazy parties at night, and pretty much just sleep at their residence.

I myself are very responsible, mostly just go to work, and all of my social activities are done outside of the residence. I only use my residence to mostly sleep. I barely even cook and have all of my food home delivered. Please message if you are looking to move within the next seven months in the west la/Santa Monica/Brentwood area and are willing to meet before rooming. Ideally, I get 3 or 4 people that are already friends and know each other well.

My maximum monthly budget 1,500

Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 36
Occupation Education
Pets No Pets
