Hi!! My name is Sarah, and my roommates Nina Tang and Brandy are looking for 1 roommate for an April 2025 move in for our FiDi 4 bed 2 bath apartment. Lease will be 1 year.
-Master Bedroom (private walking closet and full bathroom-fourth room showed in the video) (230 sq ft): $2700
Only utilities paid are internet and electric.
A little about me(Sarah): I’m 26 and have been living in NYC for the past 2 years, and spent most of my life growing up in Maryland. I work remotely in tech consulting. I’m very clean/tidy, tend to be friends with many of my past roommates, and a really open communicator. I love to travel and be out but also love a chill wine night in. I’m super excited to explore, eat, go out, and meet new people in the city! Also would like to live with someone who is okay with me hosting occasional friends.
A little about me (Nina): I’m 25, just moved to NYC a few months ago from Sydney, Australia and work hybrid in tech. I’m clean, respectful and easy going! Outside of work, I love exploring the city, trying new restaurants/bars, cooking, grabbing a matcha and going to gym/workout classes.
Brandy: Works in midtown on a hybrid schedule(is at home on Monday and Fridays) but typically works from her room and you won’t see her much for the day lol. Loves to eat(does cook) and sleep. I love to try new bars and restaurants. In my mid 20”s.
