I’m currently working on passing my board exam and will be working full-time as a Emergency Room Registered Nurse in lower Manhattan. I'll be working the night shift, so you'd have the whole night/morning to yourself. I’m looking to sign a 12+ month lease in May/June/July with one or two roommates. Ideally, I’d like to move to the UES, but I am open to other neighborhoods as well. My budget is around 2.8k but willing to be flexible for the right place. Currently looking for 2BD/2BA (or 3BD/2BA) apartments.
