Brooke S - $800/month

Hello, my name is Brooke. I'm relocating for my employment and would love to room with someone in the Mission/Merriam/Roeland Park/Lenexa area. Baxter is my 4 year old French Bulldog who is a distinguished gentleman. I do have 4 years of rental history, no prior evictions, no criminal background, and average credit.
With my new employment, I will be gone during the day but present in the evenings and overnights.

My daily schedule consists:
6am-8am/Gym, Breakfast, Bible Study
9am-5pm: Work during the week, hanging out with friends or family on the weekends
6pm-10pm: Dinner, 30 minutes of self-care, Wind down

Hobbies I enjoy:
Karaoke, painting, journaling, songwriting, archery, dog parks, fitness, swimming, baking

As a roommate I expect my personal living spaces to be pristine and clean
Common area(s) will always be organized or cleaned up after use
Laundry will be done in one sitting
My dog will not free roam unless I am on the premises otherwise he will be kenneled in my private space
