This is a beautiful and historic building that has been refurbished and is in an area of midtown that is lined with historic buildings. The building is very secure and there is on street as well as gated parking. I do have cats but they are very friendly, and probably won't come around much. The rent includes utilities as well as housekeeping and I can furnish your room or you're free to furnish it yourself. I will put a link to pictures of the unit.
