Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my home with. I am a 36 year old female and have 1 dog (Australia shepherd).My home is located in Mission, near Shawnee Mission North. It has great highway access to get downtown or to south OP in 10 quick minutes. I have a 3 bedroom home and I mostly live upstairs in the finished attic. I have two rooms downstairs in a separate wing connected by a bathroom. The tenant would have access to both rooms and there own bathroom with lots of privacy. The second room could be used as an office or for storage. The main bedroom is 12x12 (very large) with a large closet. The first floor also has a large living room, a dining room and large kitchen and that would be shared spaces. This is a safe neighborhood with driveway parking and a huge double lot backyard. There is also a basement with laundry and “drink fridge”. The house is completely furnished except for both bedrooms. I cover trash, water and internet but the tenant would need to cover part of electric and gas(ranges $100-$150 depending on time of year). I am looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease and it’s available starting June 5th. I am open to someone with pets.Please message me with inquiries or questions.
