Room Takeover- April 2025
looking for someone who can take over the duration of my lease which will end in April 2026. The lease will be for one year. I will have to move and my last day will be 3/31/2025.
Apartment is a walk up but it's on the second floor. You just have to walk one flight of steps.
There are 2 other roommates with a shared bathroom and kitchen . Each roommate has a room of their own.
Place is LGBTQ friendly.
Roommates are both young males who are both employed.
Room can fit a full sized bed and has closet space. Can also fit a mini office desk, vanity, dresser, or any equivalent storage .
You will be paying your portion of the rent along with monthly utilities which are normally around $80- $120 monthly .
Being that this was a 2 year lease, your portion of the rent will be $1,047 which is a slight increase.
Apartment is prime Bedstuy with a lot of restaurants and bars.
