Roommate wanted in Spacious Sunnyside Queens Co-op apartment unit w/amenities
Looking to find a roommate to join me on the lease for a freshly renovated 2bed/1bath 5th floor Co-op apartment. The unit has a large kitchen and dining area, large living room area, and tub shower. Both bedrooms have their own large wall closets. All utilities included in rent. Elevator and laundry in the building. Dogs and/or Cats are welcome.

What I'm looking for: Age 30+ preferred but not mandatory; I just ask that you're clean, sociable, and above all, reasonable. I have no strong gender preference, but I've lived with female roommates for most of my adult life so far.
Please note: As this is a Co-op apartment building and thus managed by a board, the application process will take up to a month to process and includes reference letters and an interview with the board. Considering the inclusion of all utility costs in the rent, I think it's more than worth this extra hassle. Additionally, since I am a good friend of the owner of the unit, all broker and non-refundable application fees are waived/nullified. All that's needed is a $150 credit/background check that we can split evenly.
