Hi, my name is Iulia (pronounced you-lee-ah)! I am relocating to NYC from San Diego and looking for a roommate.

I’m 30 years old and work fully remote in the sustainability space. In my free time, I like to stay fairly busy—whether it’s running, workout classes, traveling, or going to concerts—but I also enjoy a night in. I’m really excited to explore everything the City has to offer!

I’d describe myself as easygoing and reasonably clean (though I’ll admit, sometimes I do leave dishes in the sink until the next day). I’m looking for someone respectful and clean (but not obsessively so) who’s comfortable having open, candid conversations if any issues arise. It’d be great to become friends with my roommate, though that’s not a must.

I am open to renting a room or teaming up to find an apartment together. I'm flexible whether that would be a year lease or month-to-moth. My budget is $1,900 and I’m looking in East Village or Lower East Side, although I'm open to other locations. I'd ideally like to move in January but am flexible in terms of timing.
