My sister and I are both extroverted introverts that don’t bring the party home, so looking for a female roommate who is a like-minded and mindful individual. Vegan and vegetarians preferred, but open to omnivores that are mindful of those who are vegan and gluten intolerant.
We are both young professionals, but are open to either a young professional or a student as a roommate. No couples.
Includes: microwave, dishwasher, utilities, bike storage, in-building laundry, 24/7 maintenance, virtual doorman, onsite public safety, outdoor gym space, in building recycling, compost, ice skating rink in the winter and outdoor movie screenings in the summer.
The room will be available starting April 1st with the possibility of moving in earlier.
The entire apartment is fully furnished including your room. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, desk, dresser, and twin lamps. Your private closet is spacious and located in the bedroom hallway. Pillows and bedding are not included. There is also a linen closet for everyone to share and store towels, sheets, and etc.
All basic utilities are included in the rent. Wifi is not included and will be split 3 ways.
Rent: $1,735.00 per month.
Wifi: To be split 3 ways unless you order to use your own personal hotspot.
•Room is set up with a cable line, so you could have a TV if you choose to pay for that service.
Deposit: $1,735.00
Duration: No less than 12 Months with potential to extend. Rent will increase minutely with the lease renewal (rent stabilized apartment) due in the middle of September 2025.
