I’m an interior designer in midtown. I like to cook, go to concerts/find new artists, try new restaurants with friends, but also love staying in with a good puzzle! I appreciate a clean apartment and respectful roommates. I’d like a roommate I can be friends with, but also happy to just split the rent. My current lease is up Feb 1 but I’m willing to get temporary housing as late as April 1 for the right place and the right roommate. I’m looking for 2 bedroom apartments in the UWS, Hell’s Kitchen, Chelsea, West Village, East Village, and Williamsburg. Really, anywhere on the west side between 110th & 10th near the ACE or 123 and anywhere along the L. I would also live with 2 roommates in a 3 bedroom. My only other hard criteria is laundry at least in the building.
