Hi! I’m looking for someone chill and nice to take the second room in my two bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg, right off the Montrose stop on the L. The G, J and M are close by as well.

The neighborhood is great, with good grocery stores, bodegas, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and other amenities are all close by. Laundry literally right around the corner. The room is on the rear side of the building, meaning away from the street, so not so much noise for the most part. It’s a second floor walk-up.

First month plus deposit to move in. We split electric and internet. Room can be partially furnished with a full size bed. Includes AC unit. Month to month. Open to both long-term and short term stays.

It’s a calm and peaceful living environment. I respect your privacy and am accepting of people from all walks of life. Please be kind, considerate and work primarily outside the apartment, though I am open to hybrid arrangements.

I’m an easygoing, clean and non-judgmental male professional who works a 9-5 as a journalist and is generally very much into being low key at home and am a fan of open communication.
