Bed and Bath in Unique Eastside Bungalow
I'm renting out one bedroom in my two bed, two bath home. The house is a completely renovated bungalow on the Eastside. It has awesome high ceilings and a huge screened-in porch with a fireplace. The room is furnished with a bedframe, mattress (it's an Avocado- SO comfortable) and sheets, a desk and desk chair, as well as a dresser and a shoe rack.
I have a really unique work schedule where I am only home two weeks per month. The other two weeks the house would be all yours. I may still pop in during the weeks that I am not living there.
I have lived will all different types of people, in all stages of life. I love getting to know cool individuals. I welcome all individuals except those who work from home. The house is awesome however it is very small. There is a desk in the bedroom and occasional work from home is totally fine however if you work from home all day Mon-Friday this is not the home for you.
