I am the owner of the house, 30 years old and work 50% remotely doing engineering. I am friendly, clean, and workaholic. I love to cook every healthy food and make fresh coffee. I try to exercise 4 times per week. I love running, riding my bike, going on walks, and class pass clases. I also love pottery. Hoping to have a nice garden by summer.

Available Room for Rent
Renting 1 or 2 rooms with a share bathroom.
House is located in Parker Lane and E. Oltorf st 10 min to Downtown. Great size with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 6 to 8min from East Riverside and South Congress. The house is spacious with a huge private fence backyard. I am almost done remodeling the house. Will be done by the end of February and will start fixing my backyard/patio. I am adding a new deck.
- Parking on driveway and street available. Fit around 5 cars.
The living room is huge 13’ by 18’ with a beautiful French door leading to the patio.
Kitchen is has a decent counter top size. I also have a dinning room area with a table for about 6 people.
The rent will not include bills. I have 2 rooms available. There is a doble sink bathroom in between the two rooms that will be a share bath. The 120sf - $850 and the other smaller room 100sf - $750. Also, you can rent both for $1300+ bills and use one as your office and have your own bathroom.
The other bathroom is inside the master bedroom.
Moving date preferably February or asap.
Rooms can be furnished and unfurnished.
