I currently live in a 1 bedroom flex with the flex room being available (old roommate is moving out).
I’m a 27M looking for a roommate who is clean. I work in finance in midtown and I’m the office 4 days a week, and the other day I’m WFH. Most week nights after work I go to the gym and then watch basketball/football when I get home. I usually meal prep/cook meals for a few days at a time, but I always clean right after I cook.
The apartment has:

-Doorman
-Elevator
-Dishwasher
-Rooftop terrace
-Small gym (cardio equipment)
