Hi! I’m Alabama raised, Virginia educated and soon to be New York resident. I’ll be moving for work, so hope to find a roommate ready to move in come June. I'm currently in Berlin on a fellowship and am excited to lay down roots in New York. (Bonus points if you speak a little German since I’m studying for my B2 and would love to chat ~auf Deutsch from time to time ahaha.)
I love pilates, reading (mostly romantic comedies & memoirs), and traveling. I'm also a big foodie, so always down to try out a brunch place or pinpoint the best place for biang biang noodles in NYC.
I've found a place for June, but would like to move by July 1 or mid-June at the earliest.

Available Room for Rent
Bushwick 2bed/1bath
This is an awesome Bushwick apartment that I'd love to jump on with the right roomie. The rent is $1600 + utilities, but there may be room for a bit of negotiating.
The landlord is looking for us to takeover July 1, so not an immediate move in, but the lease would need to be signed asap to get it off the market :)
things of note:
- 4 min. walk to the L & close to the M
- Both rooms are big enough for a queen sized bed (and if you aren't keen on floor space you may be able to fit a king)
- shared outdoor backyard with the other residents
- Big windows in the rooms (and lighting in the living room)
- separate living room space that could fit a tv and sofa
