Room for rent in a 2-bedroom apartment in Washington Heights, 3 minutes from the C-train and 5 minutes from the 1-train. The rent is $905 with a move-in date of September 1st. The room for rent is spacious and has a large closet with lots of storage space! The apartment itself is very accessible (first floor) and also has a large common area with access to a fire escape.
I’m a super friendly and easygoing person who is looking for a clean and responsible roommate! I’m a classical musician who’s on tour very frequently, so you’ll get the apartment to yourself for weeks at a time. I’m very allergic to cats and dogs but other pets can totally be considered. I’m up late sometimes (performances) but am always respectful of my roommate's sleep schedules.
