Actor and passionate gamer! I play a lot of tabletop roleplaying games with my social circle, both online and in-person. I occasionally do voice acting with my recording setup, but I try to be considerate of other peoples hours.
Love all animals but have none of my own. As far as I'm aware, no allergies!
I drink socially and don't mind others drinking at home, but I'm generally uncomfortable with people getting trashed in my space due to family history. 420 friendly, even though I rarely partake.
I'm so over hostile vibes between roommates. We don't gotta be best friends, but I'd like to enjoy sharing our spaces together!

Cozy Bushwick Apartment Seeking One Roommate
This apartment is fantastic! I took over the lease from its previous tenant 7 months ago and it's been a delightful space to live in. It's a 3 bedroom apartment, but is treated as a 2 bed with a shared office.
The layout has a simple, comfortable layout with tall ceilings and updated finishes. Central AC and electric heating works great and keeps the space comfortable.
These lease starts May 1st and would be a 12 month lease.
