Hi, I'm Jose! I'm a graphic designer and marketing coordinator that works from home most days of the week. I have a dog and cat, both very friendly with new people and well trained. I'm a relatively neat and clean person that likes to keep common areas and my own area clean, and am always happy to hear out my housemates if they have any concerns. I'm LGBT friendly (and part of the community myself) and also enjoy cooking, gaming, and D&D.

- My side gig is writing music and production, though I do any recording/loud stuff in-studio
- More of a homebody. I really only go out on weekends.
- I work from home 3 days of the week and go in the office 2 days of the week
- I'm vegetarian, but don't mind if people eat meat around me
- I like to cook
- I can be social if you're comfortable with it. Always down to chat, watch a movie or hang out
- I'm an avid gamer

Looking for Room mate for mid-size room

Hi there!
I'm currently looking for a room mate for the mid-size room of my 3 bedroom unit. You'll have your own washroom as well (though it's the main washroom, so it will be used if people come over. I'd like a room mate who's clean and okay with pets (As I have a dog and cat. Both are friendly and well-trained). Preferable age is 25-37 as I am 29 myself, though younger or older is not a deal breaker.

Common area is furnished (and soon to be updated as well with a new sofa, furniture, and TV). Your bedroom will be unfurnished, however I will have a painter and cleaner come in prior to move-in and you can choose the colours for your bathroom and room (of no cost to you).

Visitor rules aren't strict at all, and I'm okay with you having visitors whenever as long as you let me know. I'll do the same if I have people over.

I fully cover the internet, electricity and any other utilities, so the flat rate monthly is $1450, due on the first of every month. Preferable payment upon signing of the tenant agreement is First and last month.
