Single gay guy currently working in finance. I’m wfh 3 days a week but aside from that I’m usually on the go / at the gym / travelling (when funds allow me to) so I’d be out fairly often. I’m pretty outgoing despite having the social skills of a toddler, and have a pretty stupid sense of humour lol. I’m super clean and organized and absolutely need my space to reflect the same or I’ll slowly slip into psychosis lol.

Actively looking to go splits on a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in Toronto at some point in the early new year. Pretty open to the location as long as it’s relatively close to the lake and to a transit line of some sort. I currently have a car (huge car nerd btw) but am looking to get rid of it as driving dt gives me heart palpitations lol.

My budget is on the lower end so I’m looking to occupy the smaller of the two rooms and am okay with using the main bathroom in the suite as opposed to occupying the master and ensuite bath.
