Hello friends, I’m Nick!

I’m Actively looking to go splits on a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in Toronto by April 1st / May 1st. Would like to be within a 30 min commute to my work (near Scotiabank Arena) and would prefer to be close to lakeshore but I’m fairly flexible on the location.

My budget is around $1200-$1400 / month including utilities (can go up slightly for the right place). I don’t mind occupying the smaller of the two rooms and using the main bathroom (as long as it’s private) as opposed to occupying the master and ensuite bath.

Here’s a bit about moi;

- 30 year old working professional
- Very clean (I love a Sunday reset), organized, quiet (except for the occasional shower concert lol) and respectful
- Interests: into fitness, cars, interior design, travelling & being outdoors
- Social: I will talk your ear off if you allow me to but I do also value personal space and down time as I’m fairly independent
- Work: currently working in finance - hybrid schedule (3 days wfh, 2 days in office)
- Hosting: will rarely host but will likely only have guests over if the other tenant is away
- Smoking: cigarettes no, marijuana like once a week/every 2 weeks (will not smoke indoors)
- Drinking: rarely
- Drugs: no
- Cooking: I cook most of my meals, I try to do a meal prep on Sundays / Mondays to minimize cooking throughout the week
- Scent sensitivities: none
- Allergies: none but I do have food sensitivities to dairy and gluten but that should not affect the living situation
- Pets: I do not have any but am more than okay living with a fur baby
- Special requests: my body is a literal furnace and I’m always hot so I prefer to have the place on the cooler side especially at night for sleeping (my ideal temperature is 20/21)
