Work full time job in Finance (hybrid schedule, in office 3/4x per)
Roommate is leaving for personal reason so this is a lease takeover in the middle of a lease with 7 months left. Luxury high rise building in Fidi, we live on 31st floor with pretty sick views of river /Brooklyn and great light.
The room is a large flex with an option to close off the wall to make room more private and mitigate any sound. Apartment is full y furnished with exception of the vacant room.
Very easy going and clean. Not trying to be best friends but would definitely expect to have a good/respectable relationship with the person.
I'm usually at the gym/work during 4 days a week, go out for dinner drinks maybe 1 or 2x per week with friends, not a crazy party animal.
Don't usually stay up late on weekdays but not at all bothered by someone that does.
Usually meal prep on weekends so not really cooking/using kitchen during the week.
