Vinnie C - $2,200/month

I’m Vinnie, a 27 year old full time Englishman and recent arrival to New York having moved here from London in September. I’m an extroverted relatively tidy person, who is quite flexible in terms of what I’m looking for in a room mate, predominantly someone I can become friends with, as well as someone who is considerate and open minded.

I currently work as a consultant for finance companies based out of New York and spend at least 4 days a week in the office. During the week I tend to have quite a chilled schedule, heading to work around 7am, coming home around 7pm cooking dinner and heading to bed. At the weekends I like to go out as much as the next person, and am open to the occasional get together at ours.

As a big cook I’m looking for a place with a nice kitchen, and will be more than happy to cook for the house regularly. I love music and going to see it live (currently listening to Fontaines DC, Ezra collective, Black Pumas), going out and exploring New York’s food and drink scene, reading, and roller skating (I can go backwards if that means anything to you). I drink with friends, but don’t smoke or do drugs although it doesn’t bother me if you do.

Looking ideally for somewhere Brooklyn side (Williamsberg, Bed-Stuy, Flatbush, Bushwick) but would also consider lower/upper east side, and am aiming for a budget of around $2000 per month.
