Elizana J - $2,000/month

Hi I’m Elizana (29yr), looking for 1-2 female roommates (25+, professional) to apartment hunt or join a lease with starting Oct 1 (November 1 the latest)!

My ideal budget is ~$1500-1800/person ($2k max w/ utilities). I'm currently looking for places in Brooklyn (Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Willamsburg, etc) and Manhattan (UWS, Harlem). Ideally <10 min walk to a subway. (Other Apartment Must-Haves: Sizeable Rooms, Dishwasher, and In-unit/ In-building laundry).

I am interested in being friends with my new roommate(s) and creating an enjoyable living space built on mutual respect, clear communication, and tidy common areas. It’d be great to occasionally share meals and a glass of wine together, have chill nights in (board games, movie marathons), or even host small get-togethers. But of course, respecting each other's need for alone time and relaxation is key!

About Me: I’m originally from upstate NY and moved to NYC for grad school. I’ve been living in Manhattan for about 3 years now and work in Healthcare (Hybrid; WFH Mon & Fri). I am a lover of all things related to tea, reading, musical theater, Latin dancing, and thrift shopping. I’m also a fan of exploring the city, finding cute cafes, going to the park, meeting new people, and trying different experiences/fitness classes. I’m pretty social and outgoing but like a balance of alone time as well. I'm also attempting to be in my hostess era, but we'll see how that goes.

Just a heads up, I'm allergic to animals and do not smoke, so a pet-free smoke-free home is a must. No dietary restrictions or food allergies. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
