Private bedroom available in a shared house with a shared bathroom. There are two tenants living in the house currently. One of us is an engineer at a startup and the other is a professional cook.

The lease to be signed is a 12 month lease. The security deposit is one months rent, $1133.

There is a park and dog park less than 0.25 miles away from the house and bus stops right across on fair oaks street. The park is shared with the nearby high school. Movement gym is in walking distance for anyone that wants to rock climb. There is also a local grocery market in walking distance as well as a few restaurants.

The house is located near the heart of silicon valley. We are very close to to US 101 and downtown sunnyvale. Commuting to any of the major tech industries in silicon valley is quick as most locations are reverse flow of traffic including Apple Park, Google Plex, and Tesla. There is a park and dog park only 0.25 miles away.

The house is pet friendly, but new animals must get along with the current dogs (there are 3) in the house. All dogs are pet human friendly.

All utility costs are evenly shared among all tenants of the house. On average, the monthly utility bills is around $115 to $150 per person, depending on water, gas and electricity usage.
