Hi there, my daughter and I are currently looking for a good roommate for our extra room in our house. Someone that would pay rent on time, help us take care of it and that would like to be included in doing fun activities or just hanging out with us. My daughter is 7 and we are both really into Art, Swimming and Video Games. There is always an art project going on at our house that we are working on. I do have her 50% of the time and go on a week on and a week off schedule. We are homebodies but I'm also a competing athlete that is gone a decent amount during the week to train. I drink occasionally and we don't have friends over much. Once, in a while for board game night. I'm open to a pet as long as our doggo gets along with them and they don't destroy the house. We just have the one doggo.

The rent would be $1200 flat fee all inclusive and $1k for the security deposit (that could be broken up into payments). I would also like to do a background check. The lease agreement would just be a private month to month agreement, where any party can part ways for any reason (to protect both of us). We are seeking long term though. The private room has it's own bathroom (detached), laundry onsite, there is a large community pool, and gym.
