Looking For Roommate In The East Valley

Hello! My name is Chance and I'm listing a room for rent in the east valley. It's a brand new home in a new community. I will also be living in the home, just looking for someone else once my best friend moves out in a few months.

I technically live in Apache Junction but I'm about 3 minutes away from Eastmark so I'm right on the corner between Mesa and AJ.

The community I live in has a great community center that just opened with a large pool and stocked gym. Whoever moves in will get a keycard to use whenever they'd like.

My house is a pretty standard 3 bed, 2 bath. I keep the house pretty clean and organized at all times. I'm not a drinker or smoker and I don't currently have any pets. I have group gatherings at the house every now and then but nothing crazy or super consistent.

I'm just looking for someone that will respect my home and wants a peaceful area to live in. I charge a variable rent depending on how many people are in the home. I would prefer to only have 1 roommate but I would consider filling the 3rd bedroom to keep costs down. If I have just one roommate, the rent would be $1400-$1500. If I have two roommates the rent will be $1000-$1100.

However, those costs include everything. That includes water, electricity, sewer, trash, fiber wifi, parking, etc. My house is fully stocked so I'm okay with anyone who moves in using the silverware and other cooking items as long as they aren't broken.

All the shared spaces are furnished so you'd only need to furnish your room.

Also, I included pictures of the guest bedroom that currently is not being used by anyone to live in. It's a guest room that's being used as storage and an art studio for some sculpture work I've been doing. You'll be able to choose between me clearing out that room or taking the one my friend is moving out of.
