Searching for someone to sublet my room for a couple months while I'm away traveling! This is a duplex apartment - The lower level room is private to you with access to it's own entrance, and there are two roommates that live upstairs. They are both from Texas and work in tv production! Very friendly and social :) One of the roommates also has an adorable small friendly hypoallergenic dog, and he stays upstairs with her!

Sublease available from April 15th - June 15th (dates are flexible)! Located in Brooklyn Bed-Stuy. This is a HUGE space (the entire lower floor of a duplex apt is private to you, so pretty much the size of a studio) - Bedroom, Living Area, Workspace, Private 1/2 Bathroom, and Private Entrance - Fully furnished! $1,500month+utilities.
The upstairs (Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bathroom) is shared with two very cool roomies, looking for a woman/nonbinary subletter. They’re both from Texas and work in tv production! The building has a gym, a rooftop, laundry in-building, A/C, and it’s in a super cute area w lots of bars and restaurants around! Train stops are off the A/C Utica Ave and the J/Z Gates Ave.
