About Me

Hello hello! My name’s Jim, and I’m on a QUEST to find a new room for rent by January 1st, ideally in the Bushwick area to be close to friends and family.

After boppin around NYC for 11 years in perpetual gig/hustle/fight-or-flight mode, I am ideally looking for a true long-term *home* thats loved and adored with like-minded, sincere individuals who treat it as such, and not just another crash pad or party space.

About Me:
Sometimes film actor and most of the time Client Services Specialist who loves equal rights, positive mental health, social equity, dogs and cats, community, fierce ally, good art, subway etiquette, peace and afternoon naps. I’m super quiet (headphones on, sultry indoor voice), shoes-off when I walk in, and always light on my feet.

Big on respect, responsibility, communication, cleanliness, and sharing chores (but never passive-aggressive about it). I keep my cooking quick, showers quicker, and am always mindful of shared spaces. While I mostly enjoy downtime in my room, I’m always up for movie nights, board games, or roommate dinners if the vibe is right :)

Roommates, friends, and the streets say I am: “Friendly, smells nice, great gift-giver, sweetheart, empathetic, awesome listener, low-maintenance, organized, clean, sharp dresser, peaceful, amicable, zen, positive, supportive, makes the best pancakes.”

Other Fun Trivia:
-Former bartender, drummer, firespinner, petsitter, and handyman (has tools and drill).
-Life of the party that never throws parties.
-Doesn't smoke and doesn't mind smoke.
-No pets (but ADORES other people's pets).
-Excels at making extra breakfast.
-20/20 vision but partially colorblind.
-Prodigy at monthly cleaning and expert spider remover.
-Shares a birthday with Frank Kafka (guess my sign).
-Single so (basically) no overnight partners.
-Pandemic conscious.
-Always, always, ALWAYS pays rent on time.
-Loads of references.
-Yes I am going to the store what can I get you?

Thank you so, so much for your consideration ♥️
