1/3rd share of bills @ $75 per month - (gas/electricity, and internet)

First month ($1125) + security deposit ($1125) = $2,250. + proof of income and/or professional reference required to move in.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectable, trustworthy, friendly and down to earth.

Must be professional / student / full time employed and will stay at least six months or longer.

We are definitely NOT looking for someone who will be bringing the party home, or have numerous overnight guests or leave a mess around the apartment!

Light smoker OK (in your own room only)

Must be cat friendly and not allergic (the cats are very friendly and will not be in your way.)
