Hi, my name is Maureen! I’m 23 years old and a graduate of Western Oregon University. I’m currently moving to Portland and have an Airbnb that I’m looking to rent out. I’m searching for three roommates (not including myself) and hoping to move in by March at the latest—ideally as soon as possible.

The rent is $1,000 per month, which is quite reasonable given the current market. The space is fully furnished, so you’d only need to bring your personal belongings.

I’m looking for roommates who are not only responsible and reliable with rent payments but also friendly and social. I want to live with people I can build friendships with, not just housemates who stay in their rooms all day. Cleanliness and good communication are also important. Since the lease will be under my name, I need people who are serious about their commitment.
