Searching for one or two, preferably female, quiet, clean responsible roommates in good mental health who enjoy being around other people to share my rented house near Port Orchard, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Pet and kid friendly. Must be employed. Smoking off property (incl. 420) okay. No hard drugs. I am a full-time employed, quiet, and tidy, middle-aged woman. Not a partier but enjoy pre-planned parties e.g. summer pool party. I am not the owner, I rent the house. All utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with generous shelving space. The living room is comfy and furnished with a gas fireplace, air conditioning and large TV. Downstairs shared half bathroom. Garage has a washer and dryer, elliptical, treadmill, weight equipment to enjoy and storage space to share. The backyard is quite large, fully fenced, with a generous patio, BBQ, swing set, and kid's sandbox. During summer I set up a 13' inflatable pool for enjoying.

Outdoor private driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Short walking distance to elementary school and bus lines. Short drive to Highway 16, schools, stores, library, beach, groceries, gas, dining, entertainment, doctors, vets etc.

10 minutes to Port Orchard
11 minutes to Southworth ferry
30 minutes to Bremerton
30 minutes to Gig Harbor

Available immediately. First and last month's rent to move in. Long term /short term. Credit not an issue but clean back ground is. Rent can be pro-rated depending on what day in the month you move in. Laid back environment and must be willing to share household chores.
