Loving and warm Family residing in the fully furnished and remodeled walk out basement of this home. We own and operate a local restaurant/music club, and are looking to better utilize our home space. We have a fully furnished upstairs, with two bedrooms (renting separately), a shared tv room, bathroom, and gourmet kitchen, and brand new deck (shared between the two tenants, since we (the owners) have everything we need downstairs. Would likely only be in the upstairs to socialize if wanted by the tenants.
