Huge apartment, great & safe location!
This is a great location, very quite & peaceful. Close to Belmont Abbey college, & historic downtown Belmont but still close to Gastonia. Great schools as well. Huge apartment with awesome Floorplan. Bedrooms are on separate sides so very private. You would also have your own bathroom. The bedroom has a nice ceiling fan w/lights, new carpet, & paint. Two windows. Huge walk in closet. I would provide all appliances including in unit washer & dryer. Very convenient, close parking. Kitchen has microwave, toster oven & glass top oven. Side by side refrigerator w/water & ice maker. Huge farmhouse still sink w/garbage disposal. Huge livingroom & sunroom I'm in the master. I'm a single disabled women who stays to herself.
